Mason came to me needing a brand refresh. Something that set him apart from the roofline silhouette real estate brands of the world, something fun and approachable that his rural Georgia clientele would recognize and relate to more than a crisp en vogue minimalist logo.
Starting with the idea of a Peach we expanded the logo into a set of characters to add variety and consistency across the brand. 'The Buyer Next Door' brand is designed to create real human connection and bring an air legitimacy and trustworthiness that can be hard to find in the wholesale real estate industry.
